MABA Suitez comprises 914 units across two towers. Tower A has 54 storeys with 534 units, while Tower B has 50 storeys with 380 units. Both towers feature shared recreational facilities and elevated leisure spaces.
Tower A is planned with 7 passenger lifts and 1 service lift, while Tower B is planned with 5 passenger lifts and 1 service lift. The final lift specifications are subject to the developer's approved plans.
